IF you are lucky ( like we were) there will not be a tour bus full of people ( there was one as we were leaving....)This place is charming, quaint and so peaceful .It was interesting to see the whole process of how the items are made and we were able to watch... A Certificate of Authenticity was provided with each piece... We learned so much about the history of Delft Pottery. Our teacher, Hinde, has painted Delft Pottery for many years. Have repeatedly asked for the tracking information as we've not yet received our shipments. I had some pottery shipped to the US and they had told me it would ship within a day or two.
Two weeks go by and I never heard anything so I called and they had to use my invoice number on my receipt to find my order that had not in fact been shipped yet.
